Swaziland, Africa holds the highest rate of HIV/AIDS in the world with estimates ranging from 40 – 59% of the adult population. Due to this pandemic, the life expectancy is only 29 years. The fatal combination of AIDS, poverty, and hunger has ravaged the country producing an overwhelming number of orphans and vulnerable children.
