Sri Lanka is a small island country located off of the coast of India. It is famous for the production of tea, coffee, coconuts, and cinnamon. An estimated 94% of the population, almost 19 million people, have not heard about Jesus. The majority of Sri Lanka practices Buddhism, which is the official religion of the country. Buddhism is a religion based on the life of Buddha and teaches that through cycles of suffering and death, a person can reincarnate into another human, animal, ghost, or other form of life until they are one with the Universe.

All4Jesus desires to bring the Good News of Jesus Christ to the people of Sri Lanka. Through our Bible College training and Pastor sponsorships, people are hearing about God’s love and the free gift of eternal life in Jesus Christ.

VIEW OUR PROGRAMS IN SRI LANKA

In large numbers, Buddhist and Hindus are receiving Jesus Christ as their savior. We are hearing reports from our pastors of miracles and divine healings during their Gospel events. People are being set free from the bondage of religion and being brought into a loving relationship with their heavenly Father. Last month we had 67 Buddhists and Hindus place their faith in Jesus Christ.

However, there are still many strongholds to overcome in this nation. Demonic spiritual rituals and spells are commonly practiced. Sri Lanka is still suffering from the 2001 Tsunami that killed over 35,000 people   leaving behind death, poverty, and hopelessness. “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.” We need your help to bring Sri Lanka the eternal Hope that every soul is longing for. The perfect hope of Jesus Christ.
